Eligible Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive the wrong product.

Replacement or Refund

  • Once the issue is verified, we will provide either:
    • A replacement product, or
    • A full refund, depending on product availability and customer preference.

Reporting an Issue

  • Please report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Share clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product along with your order details.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Minor color or design variations that do not affect product quality.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
